We teach you the essentials needed to rapidly develop a foundational coaching mindset to coach individuals and teams, and, in turn, build healthy workplace cultures across the organization.

Our Team Coaching Operating System® program services may be taken individually or as a complete, accelerated program. Choose between virtual synchronous and asynchronous, and face-to-face formats, or a mix of both to accelerate your internal culture change initiatives. We also offer coaching program strategy and design services — contact us to learn more about this specialized service. All offerings are delivered in English language at this time.
Our offerings are ICF approved, and can be applied toward a coaching credential. In addition to offering two essential 34-hour courses, the TCOS program also includes high-impact, mentor coaching services and comprehensive support to become a credentialed coach.

Coaching Mindset Essentials™
Rapidly expand your mindset as a coach. Learn the essential knowledge, competencies and qualities needed to effectively coach individuals in the workplace. 34 hours

Course includes:
Virtual kickoff, four (4) weekly two-hour Zoom coaching training sessions, 2-day virtual intensive workshop, and implementation support.
TEAM Coaching Mindset Essentials™
Advanced course designed to expand managers’ and other professionals’ competencies and confidence to coach complex teams in the workplace. 34 hours

Course includes:
Virtual kickoff, three (3) three-hour Zoom coaching education sessions, a 2-day virtual intensive practice workshop, and implementation support.

Prerequisite:
TCOS Coaching Mindset Essentials™ or other qualified coach training program.
Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA)
Exam Essentials
This course builds your confidence to sit for the International Coach Federation (ICF) CKA exam.

We help you learn the CKA exam process and content areas (e.g. definition of coaching, core competencies, and code of ethics). 4 Hours
Course includes:
Two 2-hour virtual sessions delivered by a Leadership Strategies International MCC or PCC level faculty member.
Syncc-Up™ Mentor Coaching
The Team Coaching Operating System® was developed by Dr. Laura Hauser, MCC, MCEC, an ICF certified coach with over 40 years of practical business experience and empirical research on harnessing the unrealized potential of individuals and teams. Dr. Hauser, whose pioneering research and practical application have earned her international distinction as a team coach thought leader, offers examples of situations when TCOS® might be right for you.
