Phase 1

The Jump Start

The Jump Start begins with identifying where you are now and gathering information via surveys and interviews. From here, we deepen our awareness of your abilities and what motivates your behaviors, and examine expectations of others regarding what it takes to be successful today and in the future.

Phase 3

Real-world Application

Through Real-world Application, you'll learn which feedback, actions and support will get you what you want, and how specific skills, techniques, discoveries, and personal insights can be applied in real-world work situations. You'll practice implementing and applying your action plan to your daily life, and reflect and analyze the knowledge you've gained. In this phase, we focus our coaching sessions on achieving specific outcomes, with additional support offered as needed.  

Phase 2

Setting Goals

Setting Goals includes knowing what you want and determining how to get it. Based on your personal assessment findings and desired “future” outcomes, we'll examine what you'll  need to do differently moving forward and develop an action plan. Our final step is aligning this to your personal and professional goals.

Phase 4

Measuring Outcomes and Wins

In Measuring Outcomes and Wins, you'll assess whether you've reached your goals, and fully evaluate what you’ve learned, applied and achieved overall. In this phase, you will affirm your leadership strengths and determine how to leverage them to expand your success by creating an action plan for leveraging your strengths and sustaining results.

In each phase, you are guided through specific actions designed to help you gain a clearer understanding of where you are, where you are going, what you want to achieve, what’s worked (or not) in the past, and what needs to change so you can integrate and sustain success.
