Executive Coaching (noun)

A process of growth and positive change resulting in improved performance for individuals, teams and their organizations.

You know where you want to take your team, but you’re unsure how to get there.

You want to increase your leadership competence, confidence and capability because you need to increase your productivity and profits.

New challenges in a disruptive world are throwing you off balance and you wish “there was someone to walk through this with me.”

You’ve tried executive coaching before, with mixed results; you took the required steps, but there was just something missing.

You have limited time to invest in coaching, but know it’s what you need to break through the noise and achieve the results you need.

What's the real challenge you're facing?

We know the challenges executives face.

We’ve worked as executives and with hundreds of executives — leading thousands of team members from all over the world — to help improve their performance through personal growth and positive change. In our decades of experience, we’ve seen what works and where executives fall short of reaching their goals.

We also know not all executive coaching systems are created equal.

Phase 1

The Jump Start

The Jump Start begins with identifying where you are now and gathering information via surveys and interviews. From here, we deepen our awareness of your abilities and what motivates your behaviors, and examine expectations of others regarding what it takes to be successful today and in the future.

Phase 3

Real-world Application

Through Real-world Application, you'll learn which feedback, actions and support will get you what you want, and how specific skills, techniques, discoveries, and personal insights can be applied in real-world work situations. You'll practice implementing and applying your action plan to your daily life, and reflect and analyze the knowledge you've gained. In this phase, we focus our coaching sessions on achieving specific outcomes, with additional support offered as needed.

Phase 2

Setting Goals

Setting Goals includes knowing what you want and determining how to get it. Based on your personal assessment findings and desired “future” outcomes, we'll examine what you'll  need to do differently moving forward and develop an action plan. Our final step is aligning this to your personal and professional goals.

Phase 4

Measuring Outcomes and Wins

In Measuring Outcomes and Wins, you'll assess whether you've reached your goals, and fully evaluate what you’ve learned, applied and achieved overall. In this phase, you will affirm your leadership strengths and determine how to leverage them to expand your success by creating an action plan for leveraging your strengths and sustaining results.

In each phase, you are guided through specific actions designed to help you gain a clearer understanding of where you are, where you are going, what you want to achieve, what’s worked (or not) in the past, and what needs to change so you can integrate and sustain success.

That’s why we've created the exclusive executive coaching system, Bridge to Success, a proven four-phase process designed to work in concert with the 3 Pillars Support System, giving you the valuable insight, motivation and accountability needed to reach your goals each step of the way.

Our system draws on decades of experience and is specifically designed to expand, strengthen and optimize your leadership capabilities. Think of it as a bridge to get you from where you are to where you want to be with a trusted guide at your side.

The 3 Pillars

Your support system for crossing the Bridge to Success

How willing are you to discover your strengths and blind spots?

Transform learning and insight into action. Design internal and external mechanisms for tracking progress.

When there are missing parts in the foundation of a bridge, the integrity of the entire structure is compromised. Our personal growth is no different; if one of your pillars is weak or missing, your potential for growth will be diminished. This is reflected in your results. While you may want to gain more insight and awareness, and to be more strategic, you may not be motivated to learn and apply the new behaviors that would lead you to achieve your goal.

By understanding the dynamics of your three pillars, you can begin to assess where your strengths and weaknesses lie.

How willing are you to invest the time and energy it takes to develop yourself?
