Your online profiles are available the same day as your purchase.
Your orders for materials, such as facilitation kits, are shipped the same day we receive the order when we receive the order by Noon Pacific time.

Order Info.

There is no minimum order amount but all orders must be paid in full before we can ship your products such as facilitation kits. All orders are payable in U.S. funds.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Bankwire, and Checks. No third-party payments will be accepted.


There is a shipping and handling charge for phone orders and a handling charge for online orders.  Please allow five days (5 days) for shipment for regular ground shipping. You may request rush handling or overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please call for price quotes.

Returns and Exchanges. 

All sales will be final.  We cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges on orders, yet we will replace materials with the same product version if the materials are defective.
